The morphological description method identifies which effects the change process could have on all individuals involved. However, naming these effects is no discussion, but a
confrontation. Therefore, we create a planned encounter with the effects of the process to achieve a successful change. Only through a systematic meeting individuals can learn
how to cope with the changes. This encounter and confrontation is not a try out, but planned and methodologically secured.
To reach a successful change we make us of seminars and trainings, which are efficient due to their methodological compilation.
